After graduating, Matt went on to do just that – first, as a Presidential Management Fellowship recipient with the U.S. Department of Energy, and then as a researcher of climate adaptation governance on the island of Mauritius through the U.S. Fulbright Program. Working on this project gave Pablo an appreciation of how poverty and development issues were closely linked to issues of environmental degradation. Prior to joining the program, Frank earned a culinary arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America, and worked as a chef in several restaurants throughout Manhattan including Café Boulud, Gramercy Tavern, and Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs.
