		<description><![CDATA[This article was very interesting.  I hadn’t considered the problems (other than a flood) that cities encounter from having too much rainwater.  It makes sense that Seattle and Portland are the natural leaders in devising ways to deal with the excess rainwater.  We don’t deal with it much in Utah, which is too bad (in a sense) because the rooftop gardens are beautiful.]]></description>
