		<description><![CDATA[For many years now, I have been trying to reach senior DEP people about an alternative/emergency water impoundment I am working on in Upstate New York. See gsldeepening.com or search Great Sacandaga Lake Deepening Project. They won&#039;t even respond, how&#039;s that for trustworthy Stewards? 

The DEP would rather pray for rain or spend billions imagining water storage 5 miles beneath the City in a sandstone formation or turning salt water into freshwater. Even though my idea costs nothing and more than pays for itself, with enough money to pay for the pipe downstate. Go Figure....]]></description>
