Since automobiles take up so much space in this town transportation would have to convert to small vehicle transit having an environmental footprint less than 1% of cars and other considerable benefits typical of bicycles including safety, distributed on-demand mobility, low-cost, no emissions; increases in efficiency, speed and range three to four times (300% to 400%) that of walking.]]></description>
